At Wendlebury Walkies we aim to provide a safe enjoyable space to walk your dog(s). In order to ensure everyone has a stress free visit please adhere to the following rules. By booking with us you are agreeing to our Terms and conditions which are as follows:

• Maximum number of dogs is 10 and maximum number of vehicles is 2 unless you have gained prior permission from Wendlebury Walkies.

• The field is booked by appointment only and this gives you exclusive use of the field for the duration of your booking. 

• You are granted access to the Secure dog field but not granted any access to any farm land, driveways or buildings in the vicinity. Trespassers may be refused repeat bookings.

• Sessions start on the hour and are 50 minutes playtime and 10 minutes to tidy up and leave. Please arrive and leave promptly, if you arrive late your departure time is unaltered. 

• Please wait within your vehicle in the overflow bay if there is a car, person or dog still in the field. Please contact me on 07786367072 if there are any problems with access please do not approach the person directly or enter the facility.

• Once you have driven into the carpark, please make sure the gate is shut and padlocked behind you before getting your dog(s) out of the vehicle so that the dog(s) can't escape. Also please ensure all dog(s) are safely secure back in your vehicle before opening the gate to leave. As you leave please re-padlock the gate, even if someone is waiting, this is to ensure everyone has a valid code. Gates must be secured with the latch and bracket when driving in and out.

• All dog poo must be picked up and disposed of in the green bins provided, failure to do so may result in refused future access. Nothing else must be placed in these bins. We provide dog waste bags for your convenience please take only what is needed for your visit to the park.

• Dogs should be in good health when visiting the field if your dog(s) are unwell prior to your session please contact us. If the dog has an unexpected bout of vomiting or diarrhea whilst in the field please try to mark the location and let me know ASAP to enable me to disinfect or close the park.

• You are entirely responsible for your dogs safety and behaviour whilst visiting the field. Dogs must not be left unattended at anytime and should not be tethered to anything in the field.

• Children (Under 16 years old) and all dogs must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.

• Our dog fields are a natural setting and as such will have various natural hazards such as uneven ground, holes, long grass, obstacles and mud. We will not be held liable for any injury to people or their pets, or any claim arising from a harmful incident on our premises.

• Within each field we provide equipment for pet use. It is not designed or safe for people to use. Using the equipment in the field is entirely at you and your dog(s) own risk. We do not accept any liability for any accident, injury or misadventure to property, persons or animals, however caused, whilst using this facility.

• Parking vehicles is entirely at your own risk. We do not accept any liability for any damage to any vehicles parked at Wendlebury Walkies secure dog field(s).

• All rubbish to be taken home, do not put it in the dog poo bins. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND. Please leave the field as you found it. Any items left will be disposed of after one week if not collected.

• Please report any damage or any faults immediately so we can rectify.  We have provided red flags in the field shelter to help locate issues, please use these and photos are also useful.

• CCTV is in operation on site for your security and our reference.

• No loud music or excessive noise will be tolerated. No BBQ's are allowed. It is not permitted to vape, smoke or consume alcohol whilst at Wendlebury Walkies secure dog fields.

• Refunds are not provided but rescheduling is permitted within a 48 hour period of the original booking.

• By proceeding with a booking you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions above.
